Room is basic but functional. Beds very hard. No lifts. Internet good. Restaurant serves inconsistent food. Sometimes very good, other times same dishes are very different and not so good. Breakfast buffet OK when served, but on quiet days breakfast is ordered from limited menu instead. Swimming pool was being rebuilt with planned opening confirmed by manager & owner by 15th August or before. Staff mostly friendly, but some not in the beachside restaurant , and rooms kept clean.

Check in was quick. However we were the only ones that were checking in at that time. The room and bedding was clean. The shower was fine with a consistent pressure. Wi fi was strong and stable. Good open air evening restaurant. And the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. This hotel is very secluded. You will need a rental car /good GPS. The nearby airport only has three flights per day from Bangkok Don Muang. The hotel will collect you if requested. We had garden view rooms but the ocean view rooms looked very nice, with views to match. The only negative point is the beach directly in front of the hotel. No sand just large rocks. Totally unusable. I would stay here again if I’m in the area. Hotel is 25kms from the main highway.

Lovely place, great rooms with an amazing view. The food was meh.

Staff was excellent, property and grounds were very nice, breakfast was good. Beach was rocky which we had not expected.

A good place for a quick pit stop driving from Bangkok south
