The front desk staff was excellent. Zaira was amazing. I called three or four times the day before we came asking various questions and she was so helpful. If she didn't know the answer she would ask and then call me back. She helped us with ideas to go to Seattle downtown, coordinated the shuttle to our ferry, and was just helpful overall. I really appreciated the frill staff too, especially Dawn. Everyone was kind though and very helpful.

Room did not have hot water in the shower only a little warm, the bathroom had small ants everywhere and the fridge had food leftovers from previous customer.

We went early knowing we wouldn’t be able to check in, but they also wouldn’t hold our bags. The tv didn’t work in our room and we called and no one came to fix it

Very clean. Very comfortable bed and great pillows! Pool is VERY SMALL for lap swims, but outdoors and warm, so I got a little exercise and Vit D

Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Room was HUGE and a huge waste of space. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that had stairs to go from the living area to the sleeping loft. And I’m not talking 5-6 stairs, I’m talking 16+ stairs. We left our big luggage downstairs as it would not have been fun to carry it up the stairs. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes so we got into SeaTac around 1:30. Got to the hotel shuttle pickup area around 1:50. Shuttle came in around 10 minutes and we loaded only to see that there were probably 12+ other people waiting for the same shuttle. They probably waited another 40 minutes to get a ride. Got to the hotel and were told they did not have and rooms with two beds as we had paid for, only a room with a queen bed and a rollout- but we would need to make up our own bed. It was so late, I didn’t want to argue. Workers seemed to be nice and worked hard but layout and perhaps poor management? Not sure, but this would not be my first, second or third choice of hotels to choose near SeaTac.

Great stay!

Staff was OUTSTANDING. We had some trouble with our flights and got in very late. Staff went over and above with helping with our luggage, our kids, and checkout. It was amazing.
