This is a budget hotel. For that category, it is very good/excellent. It's very clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. However, it's still a budget hotel and as such, the furnishings are more utilitarian than comfortable. The beds and pillows in particular are horribly uncomfortable. Do not eat in the restaurant. It's terrible. So bad in fact that we elected not to eat the free breakfast. Ordered nachos one day and they came cold and were inedible. They basically poured cold cheese sauce over chips and added sour cream and jalapeños and then put cooked meat on top. Didn't even heat the whole thing before serving. Worse than you could get at a movie theater because at least there the sauce comes hot. It's too bad that the food is so bad. I expect more from this hotel chain. It was their one major failing.

Staff wasn’t friendly

La habitación muy pequeñaña pero limpia, el desayuno terrible, todos los días muy frío a cualquier hora, café muy cargado y frío, jugo rebajado con agua, no opciones para endulzar.
