The bed side lights were not working or switch for them was hidden or not easily seen in my room 10 09
Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels such as Sheraton port Douglas .
No one pointed out the chef making omelettes,
No coffee was provided by staff
Only coffee I saw was pulled coffee from an urn
Not many yogurt options .
No signage or inadequate signage for toilets and changing rooms at swimming pool .
No buffet dinner available as far as I could see in the evening which would be a great option for travelling clients .
No face soap offered in bathroom only hand wash and body lotion
Plus things I appreciated , heated swimming pool which was large on level 5 . clean Towels on loungers a,
great fast lifts
Great comfortable bed with clean cotton linen .
Good attentive staff and customer service above normal , help with getting taxi appreciated
Parkir (gratis)
