The room was one of the best I’ve stayed in! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable! The air conditioning was definitely needed after a very hot day! I’ll definitely be booking again.

We have stayed here 2x, we came back. Most of the front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. The property is newer so nice design and clean and fresh. very convenient to Paddington, we actually took a taxi since we had luggage, and was maybe 8-10 minutes. Great to walk to Hyde Park from here.

The room was very clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the hallway carpet smelled old and musty.
The hotel lacked several amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, terrace or outdoor seating area, and guest laundry facilities. Considering the high room rates, it was disappointing that breakfast was not included.
On the positive side, all of the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and the underground station, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

This review is by a USA traveler.
We visited during late june - unfortunately during the heatwave - and having the air conditioner was a blessing. For USA travelers, note that the AC is a ceiling unit and it is a bit smaller, but after about an hour or so, the room was noticeably cooler. The linens were crisp and clean, the towels fluffy, and the beds extremely comfortable. The room overlooked a pretty street and it was a great size to accommodate a queen size bed, a hanging wardrobe, and a sizeable shower.
The room was clean and the cleaners did an excellent job each day to refresh the room.
We did not eat at the hotel. The only negative is lack of nearby places to eat, but it was truly lovely to be in a quieter part of London to rest up at night. You're only about a 6 or 7 minute walk from Paddington station and 7 or 8 minutes from a nearby bus stop.
Kensington Gardens isn't far for an afternoon stroll as well!
If we return to London, I will stay here again!
