Oslo is expensive. The hotel was expensive compared to what is available in other expensive cities in EU. The location is fantastic, getting anywhere in the city is convenient as the trams stop right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly. It's not too small but a very basic room. No frills. No coffee. No fridge. No safety box. Not a lot of storage space. Looked a bit dated than the website pictures. No AC which was a huge problem as it was very hot. But later learned from an influencer that the windows can be (propped) opened wide.

Brilliant breakfast, lots of options. It seems to be a very popular hotel, very busy.

Just outside of downtown Oslo made it convenient to go in any direction and find something to do or eat. It had a tram stop right next to it making transport very simple

Basic hotel, but clean and comfortable enough. I didn't have any shower gel though (and shampoo etc was not offered) so be aware.

Ok place to stay, nothing fancy and a bit cramped. A longish walk from train station and the downtown sites. Room rather warm and windows open only a small amount. But quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Good breakfast buffet.

Good location and very clean. Maybe have more than one coffee machine at breakfast.

Staff are nice

Great location, and very good breakfast. Room was okay-good, clean but slightly noisy due to the temporary renovation work going on.
