Shower doesn't drain properly. Shower gels and shampoo are placed on the floor, no ledge or basket No face towels available, had to ask for some. Pillows of very poor quality Mattress not very comfortable Sleeper sofa more uncomfortable than usual

Excellent location The rooms need an upgrade and repairs and too small and congested

They had a private safe car parking even if we had to pay an extra fee. Very nice apartment with elevator.

The location of the place is excellent, and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, the management seems more focused on finding ways to charge extra than on providing good service. They try to present themselves as a high-end hotel, but their attitude toward guests leaves much to be desired. Our group consisted of 12 family members, and we had booked 3 rooms. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later than expected. We notified them in advance, but they showed no flexibility and charged us an additional $40 per room just because of the late check-in. When it came time to check out, we mentioned we would be about 15 minutes late, and once again, they imposed another extra fee. Despite explaining our situation and asking for some understanding, they were completely indifferent, even though we had already spent a significant amount on our stay. It’s a shame that such an attractive place is managed so poorly. Because of the lack of consideration and professionalism, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose another accommodation.

We explained the situation and asked for some understanding, but they didn’t care—even though we were a large group who had already paid a considerable amount for all the rooms. Unfortunately, poor service like this means I would never recommend staying there. Without a doubt, we will return to the area, but we would never stay there again!
