I reserved a deluxe room, but what I got was a small room with a double and single bed, there was no handle on the bathroom door and when the shower was on, there was a huge puddle on the floor, Servicing the room is just pull the sheets up, no stock up of anything. What you see on the website is not what you get

I very much enjoyed staying in the double pod. I like basic, almost austere accommodation, but I like a reasonable degree of comfort also. This was perfwct. Nice elevated outlook too, at the back of the complex, well off the main road. Would I book here again? Certainly!

It was lovely to stay here. I was very grateful to the housecleaning staff, they did an amazing job.
My toilet door had pink putty on it which looked really messy on the door.
Also the shower windows had scum stains still on it. I have never seen this at any place I have stayed at before. Usually the windows are clean, shiny and clear.
Still a nice place to stay.

Love the history the property has with the All Blacks and the photos over the years.
