This was the 2nd time I stayed here and I came back here because of the experience I had the 1st time was so wonderful. The location is Outstanding and the staff provides Extraordinary Customer Service and Goes Above and Beyond to make Your Stay feel Special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was clean and quiet. We arrived early and they waived early arrival fee so we had access to room early. Close to Central Park and subways. Will definitely go there again when we visit . Also had snacks available and a nice wine and cheese event in the evening.

I am SO glad we stayed here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower was great and we actually had counter space (hard to get in some NYC hotels). The air worked great and it was QUIET. It's a tall, thin hotel and each floor only has 4 rooms, so it really kept things quiet. The location was ideal for us (near Central Park and walking distance from Times Square/Broadway) with lots of very close subway/bus access. The daily breakfast and access to snacks and good drinking water really made the trip so much nicer for us. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
