Very clean and quiet room. Spacious with everything I needed. Only complaint when turning in the room the door would NOT lock. Made several attempts but would not lock. I informed the lady at front desk when checking out.

Although the hotel itself is very clean, our overall experience was disappointing because of the lack of hospitality and communication among the staff. We arrived around 1:45 a.m. after our flight from LAX was delayed. Parking is behind the hotel, but the rear entrance was locked, so my husband had to walk all the way around to the front desk just to let us in. Because of our late arrival, we asked for a late checkout. We were told no because the hotel is booked “365 days a year,” but the front desk agreed the latest they could offer was 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, that wasn’t communicated to the rest of the staff. Housekeeping knocked at 10:50, and then another employee came to our room at 11:00 telling us it was time to leave because the late checkout “wasn’t written down.” At checkout, the front desk employee was sitting on her phone. We had to greet her before she acknowledged us, and then slowly came over to help. We asked if we could switch the payment to a different credit card and were told the original card had already been charged and no effort was made to see if anything else was possible. Throughout our stay we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking reasonable questions. We have traveled extensively and being made to feel like you’re being pushed out the door the moment checkout time arrives is not what hospitality should look like. The property is very clean but due to lack of hospitality we will not return.

walked into our room and there were crumbs and pretty bad stains on the floor and even on the bed . Also, the cleaners/workers walked in on us at a moment we didn’t want to be disturbed. they didn’t even realize we were in there.

Clean rooms friendly staff and decent breakfast!

Great water pressure and adjustable to liking. Comfort Suites beds and pillows comfy, we slept good thats most important. A/C works well. No additional deposits, Will stay again!
