The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in the hospitality industry.
Especially reception, reservations & importantly reception manager.
Ifor a so call five star all inclusive resort, they don’t deliver.
No hot water twice during our stay, pool service was a joke that’s if you could land a deck chair. You had to get up 6:00am to reserve one, then the staff were so under staffed. Food and drinks didn’t come out at a reasonable time and then they where also incorrect.
When you brought it to the attention of staff they would say they would bring it to the attention of management, it then then feel on deaf ears. I addressed issues when I was there and it was never resolved.
Upon checkout again, they said we will have someone call you? Never happened, then when I called back to follow up, they asked to email the reception manager Liliana Rivera, reception manager only to receive an reply days later to NO real care factor.
Offering me one nights free accommodation when I return!!!!
LIKE NEVER, don’t stay there!
