The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but everything else was good. I stayed here during a heatwave, and the room was very hot. The hotel provided a fan, which helped at night, but I also had to keep the window open to let some air in. There was no AC in the room.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing right from the beginning. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. Explained everything well. The room was better than we had expected. The bed was firm and very comfortable. I'll be honest, I'm not used to getting a cook top in kitchenettes. It was a welcome surprise. All of the staff were fantastic, and the cleaning was much more thorough than I'm using to seeing in any hotels.
To top all of this off, the location was fantastic. A supermarket in the building, a bakery right beside, lots of restaurants right be, and a metro station on steps from the front door. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else I know visiting, and plan to stay here again when next I visit Paris.

Unpleasent stayed the apartment was with a lot of damages: the cover of the toilet was broken anfd the tiles was with mold no heat the apartment was, freezing, no paper toilet and shampoo

The rooms and bathroom were clean; however, upon entering, we were met with a strong chemical smell. The kitchenette was very small, with barely enough space for preparing basic meals, and there was no dishwasher. The stove and microwave were both in good working order. Unfortunately, both sinks — in the kitchen and the bathroom — were partially blocked, causing the water to drain slowly.
The most serious issue was that the bed in the bedroom was infested with bugs, resulting in bites for those who slept on it. The divan sofa, on the other hand, was fine and showed no signs of infestation. Cleaning is provided once a week unless you pay extra for additional service.
