Gorgeous hotel with knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend as a perfect place to stay in Lisbon.

This is an exceptional property in Lisbon. We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. We were greeted by two of the nicest, most professional people you can imagine (Rita and Dylan), who made it clear that our happiness and satisfaction were very important to them. Our visit started with a quick drink of a local cordial and was followed by a tour of the property which included ancient ruins. The hotel itself is built into an old palace but it is completely modern and beautiful. The rooms were spacious with very high ceilings and the bathroom was gorgeous with ample high quality towels, robes, and toiletries. The housekeeping staff is vigilant with at least two visits a day, and anything else you might need. One of the best surprises was the cozy bar and excellent restaurant. The food was so good we decided to return to the hotel for our final dinner and just enjoy the outdoor seating. The location could not be better...we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without using any transportation until our return to the airport, with the exception of the streetcars which we boarded just for the experience! Lisbon is a wonderful city and we give this hotel our highest recommendation. We will definitely return and will recommend to all of our friends.

This property is exceptional, beyond our expectations. The hotel is built into an old palace and is absolutely beautiful and in a very walkable area of the old city. When we arrived, we were greeted by two of the nicest, most professional people we've ever encountered, Rita and Dylan. They were so committed to assisting us and made us feel very special. Although our room was supposedly one of the more modest rooms, it was absolutely great. Very spacious with high ceilings, a large beautiful bathroom and very high quality linens, towels, robes, etc. They clean the room twice a day with a turn-down service. The restaurant is excellent and we actually chose to have our last dinner in Lisbon there, given the enjoyable outdoor seating and the quality of food. We could not recommend more highly and will absolutely plan to return.

Amazing staff who pay attention. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location is very central. Excellent hotel overall and we would definitelystar here again. Oh! And the breakfast is superb with unlimited coffee/latte, pastries, fruit, sparkling or regular water, benedicts, French toasts, omelettes or whatever you want.

This beautifully curated boutique hotel is in the heart of the Alfama district. The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating and the property hosts an incredible bar, restaurant, and spa. I highly recommend this property!
