Great place

The room was so clean the staff were amazing and very friendly would definitely stay there again

Booking a room was misleading because the picture of the room wasn’t the room we were put in , wasn’t told we could order a cooked breakfast, wasn’t told that they had a smoking area, overall the room was very clean , the bed and bedding was spotless, we had tea , coffee and biscuits in room , bathroom was spotless which was very appreciated

Ideally placed, friendly and well ran hotel/inn. Contact was great from the start and the lady we dealt with was very helpful. I had enquired about early check-in, I had a call to advise this might not be possibly due to cleaning the room between the last guest and us but they would try to. We arrived early and the room was ready, which was a great help as we were going out for the rest of the day and not planning on returning until late evening. The room themes are brilliant, and the manager even showed us 2 of the other themed rooms so we knew in future if we stayed again to request those named rooms. The bed was super comfy too! Would 100% stay here again in future when we visit Nottingham! The only thing I didn’t know until the day off travelling up was that parking is £10 for a space at the back of the hotel. BUT it is a secure/gated car park, and that price is much cheaper than the other car parks local to the hotel.

Everything was superb with this little place the themed room we were staying in (Paris) was amazing, a lot of effort was put into it I’d love to go back and stay in another room , maybe the Casablanca. Only one complaint , only small one , was the advertisement said enjoy a little drink in the bar , the pictures looked great , on asking if we could get a drink the response was “there is no bar now”

Clean room, Perfect for the nights stay.

Rooms have names not numbers and our room was called Tokyo. The room theme was Japanese and very nice, spotlessly clean as well, I saw other room names, including Paria, Vienna and Casablanca but can only imagine their decor, bur imagine they would be good fum. The only disadvantage for me personally was the numer of stairs to the bedroom and the low height of the Japanese style bed

Room requested as double - wasn’t ready as double Unfriendly welcome Knock on door exactly 11am to request us out of room

Lovely staff. Well furnished room. Really nice place. Can’t wait to get back.
