Food was not good, survived off of room service

Everything was excellent. The staff was gorgeous. People are friendly a lot of fun. Just make sure that you make a reservation in the Chinese restaurant. That was the only fault I didn’t go to see it.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room and common area are inmaculate. One of the best experience I ever had.

The resort was great. I was there with my husband for five days, and it was amazing. I don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. I highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at Sandos and once again we had a great experience! The pool area was the best part with lots of space for people to sit. The rooms were nice and kept clean although could have used a few small updates. The food was also good at every restaurant! Unfortunately, not every restaurant would be open everyday with no notice which turned out to be inconvenient with only a few sit down dinner options to choose from in the first place. The staff were all friendly and the entertainment team were great always providing different activity options throughout the day and night. The use of the hotels app was very helpful but we found that there were often mistakes on it especially when it came to the time of events and room service menus.

Staff was great, always able to answer questions or get things needed. The entertainment staff, Josh and Karla were amazing. Would recommend Sandos and Hope to return at some point.

Great food drinks and staff. Very clean. Staff is the highlight of this place. From check in with Angel. Drinks with Carlos fonzy and Fermin. Dining with Samuel and loronzo. And partying with event staff Josue and Karla. Thanks for a great time.

Every thing was perfect. I will go again.
