Good place for a 1 night sleepover. Clean and fit for purpose

Room stunk, door didn't lock properly.

Dirty and Smokey. Paid for “complimentary” breakfast. Milk was off. Had to ask for hot water. No cutlery.

I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning with dust bunnies in our hair. The halls had leaks through the ceiling with a towel trying to catch it but it was pouring water. No maintenance done on the property. I understand it’s a budget room and I had no issues with the room size or the cruise bathroom situation, but it’s really not hard to mop and vacuum and clean the dust off the furniture. The walls had clear water damage with paint over it and again these were not my concerns it was that everyday we felt dirty because the dust in the room was insane and we woke up clothes covered in dust hair in dust and even showering we felt dirty the water had a soil smell

I will never stay here again I’m well aware it’s an ibis budget but I’m sorry it was disgusting

Room are ok only for a quick stay, no smart t.v, rooms are small for two people, shower/toilet isnt anything to brag about as they are in together, lighting is crap and breakfast only last for an hour. Parking u have to pay extra

I had an excellent stay at the Ibis Hotel in Wentworthville. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which really made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic, and everything throughout my stay exceeded expectations. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can honestly say you only have positive things to say, but this was definitely one of those experiences.
