Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is a wonderful apartment style accommodation right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city. The apartment has everything you would need including a washing machine and dryer. The only minor downside is the lack of proper air conditioning in the lobby area of the floor (excluding the ground floor) and somewhat warm air in the elevators. There can be a bit of a wait for elevators at times which makes you feel the lack of air conditioning. Besides this, everything was really great and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, helpful staff and a great facility. Having a in-suite laundry was a life saver. Thank you for making our stay and pleasant! Highly recommended!!

I’ve stayed in three different serviced apartments across KL, and Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon is the best balance of hotel and apartment I’ve found. Unlike an Airbnb in a condo tower — where you feel very much on your own and hoping for the best if something goes wrong — Lanson Place gives you the space and independence of an apartment with a proper hotel operation behind it. Staff on hand, daily housekeeping, and you never feel like you’re living in someone else’s place. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. Warm wooden tones, a high-quality fully tiled bathroom, a comfortable bed, and AC that keeps you cool. I had a high corner unit and the view across to KL Tower was stunning. The lobby is calm too — a large water feature, no crowd scene. A welcome contrast to busier buildings elsewhere in the city. If I had to nitpick: shower water pressure was a touch low — the first time I’ve encountered that in Malaysia. And the lift is slow, so if patience isn’t your strength, avoid the highest floors. Minor gripes. For the price and overall experience, Lanson Place is the best value I’ve found in KL. Highly recommended.

Been staying at the Lanson for over a decade. Exceptional service and cleanliness every time I’ve visited. Highly recommended.

Air condition is not cold and its leaking. We saw cig butt on our floor lobby , and the bed is uncomfortable. Overall it is just okay.

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Everything was clean and well-kept and they cleaned your room everyday if you wanted. There was plenty of space for my mom and I and it had a great view. The staff was very friendly and the place was easily walkable to many places or a short Grab ride away. I would definitely recommend.

Cleanest place we've stayed in. Nice big rooms with a quality feel and brilliant views. Had an issue with a neighbour which was resolved promptly and a gift of fruit even though not the hotels fault. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The bedroom itself was a good size, had enough cupboard space for clothes. The kitchen was brilliant, had all the appliances; dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer which made it SO easy for us to wash clothes especially with a little one. The first apartment; the bathroom had a nasty sewer like smell on the night of the first stay, I raised this with concierge and they said they will send somebody to check. So they checked and cleaned the drain they said, however I had the same issue next day and also that evening. I asked for a room change because I honestly couldn't stand the smell. Eventually on day 3 if I remember correctly, we had a room swap on the night of. Bellboy and another staff member helped me take out everything from the room to the new one, new room had no smell issues at all. Room 4505 was the smelly one, moved to 4705 and that was fine. AVOID room 4505.
