Sangat Baik 4 stars for an otherwise 5 star property. Rooms are clean, great location - right next to the river and main walking path and main attractions. Enjoyed stay. All good.
Staff goofed up at checkin and wrote wrong room number on the key and I ended up waking up the guests who were in other room!. May be a genuine mistake and doesn't happen often.
Second issue is that they insisted on informing the desk in person for clean up everyday even though I told them clean everyday. We missed to inform one day and the room wasn't cleaned. There is no need for this unnecessary hoop imo.

I was glad to splurge on my hotel room as I got an amazing view on the TV tower and had a balcony. The room was great, though I was a bit surprised by the extra costs to get a full kitchenware kit, and additional coffee pods even if my stay was 6 days. The breakfast was good, but limited. Hotel was also close to two metro stations (5 minutes walk) and bus stops is a few steps from the hotel. It is also very much downtown. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
