They are not honest as I booked the premium room and they gave me the old room and when I yelled at them only then they gave me a better room so they always try to give you the worst room even though you’re paying for the better room so they are not honest people.
Breakfast not that great.

We had a great experience here. The hotel has everything we need.
The staff very friendly and helpful for us.
The location is also excellent, next to the sites for shopping. Metro and train station is in front of the hotel.

Cukup Baik The rooms smell of stale smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. Rooms are also old and run down, it is apparent not much maintenance has been done.

overall we has a pleasant experience. The reception was good. Li Mann was very helpful with shopping guidance. The air conditioning cannot be controlled. It was a bit too warm for us in the early evening but the room did get cooler closer to morning. The shower head was a bit slow and the room is not big but the price and service made up for any deficit.

Wifi is the forest most time doesn't work. Water pressure is so low almost impossible to take a shower. The room I was stay the flooring desperately need relace.

The cleanliness of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There is clearly flood damage in the room, yet they still allowed this room to be rented out. Wallpaper near the windows was wet and falling down. The carpets was wet and dirty. I think they know hence they provided slippers for us. During our 1 night stay there. There was a few mosquitoes in our room despite the air con being on the lowest and the mosquito repellent plug being put on. Another minus for this hotel is that although it is next to the train station. To try a get a taxi of didi (Chinese Uber or grab) is extremely difficult as the policemen outside do not allow the cars to stop there
