This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. When I walked into the room it appeared to be clean but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I ever sat on. I immediately left and found another hotel that was more suitable.

Maybe what you expect is relevant to what you pay. Room had desk but no chair. Lazy boy type of chair that we’ll most would not sit in. Some lights worked where others would not. Plus side there was hot water.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Grizzly Inn, but this time I found the hotel looking it’s age and the room wasn’t as clean as I remembered. I also got bitten by a spider. Which was un-nerving. I lived!!

The room was clean. Customer service was very helpful and friendly.

Positives: comfortable bed, clean bathroom and linens, staff helpful, apples/oranges and yogurt for “to go” breakfast, good price Areas for improvement: carpet was stained in a number of places, property could use some maintenance, a large vehicle was parked at the entrance porte-cockerel most of the time we were there. Having a place to drop off guests in the rain would have been helpful.

The bed was comfortable but it was in a shady area.

It was an enjoyable stay. Property showing its age and sound proofing would be nice . I book there every year. Very reasonable prices, easy access, close to shopping. I recommend The Grizzly to anyone wanting an economical place to stay

A soon as I walk in there the smell was terrible, but the worst part was to come. I open the elevator and smelled like marijuana I turned around and I was hoping the room was going to be better. Big mistake.... I got in the room and the smell of mold and wetness it was terrible. I set my stuff on the bed and there was toe nails on the bed, yes toe nails and also on the desk... If you can call that a desk. Missing drawers on the dresser. Right in there I turned around and I booked a different hotel, we couldn't stay there. So don't make my same mistake. Hope I can get some money back.

When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.

The room are dirty .
