Cukup Baik There were toe nails in our bathroom and bandages on the floor. The bedsheet had a gross questionable stain on it. The hotel room was incredibly expensive given the quality and there was no breakfast, just empty jugs of coffee and take out granola bars.
Given its proximity to a major convention center I will strongly recommend every traveler going to avoid this hotel without significant changes.

Sangat Baik Una de las chicas de recepcion solo me permitio estar 10 min en lobby despues de mi check out aun cuando le pedi permanecer 30 min para recargar mi celular. No esperaba un trato asi a un cliente

Good location and parking. Easy to take belongings to room from car.
Only three floors so no long elevator ride.
Room was updated and comfortable. Bathroom vanity top needs to be replaced as it is well worn.
Guests should be informed at check-in that there is no daily housekeeping.

Service was AWFUL. Our room was never serviced until someone tried coming into the room 8am on the day of checkout. They ran out of towels??? And there was remodeling and painting being done. Also this hotel smells bad. Not coming back here. The staff had the worst attitude EVER.

Baik Dark, smelly and basic af. Check In rep…on her phone was priority. Check out…rep on her phone for good 45 seconds with me there, making me wait. From lobby, down halls and in room, smelled old and smokey. Hardly any water in shower, bathroom sink was drops, towels smelled like they were just sitting there absorbing different scents. Conveniently located for sure but I’ll spend the extra few bucks next time.

To be honest this place should stay low budget or low cost because idk its kinda runned down and like i been to many hotels that are runned down but i kinda feel like its always been good hospitality and pleasant welcoming , but at this place , i felt like the hospitality and welcoming is not existing, the lady in the front desk has the worse attitude ever and just straight up looks like she hates her job , i even try to say thank you etc and you can tell she just hates her job, but the parking is okay , the room has this like humidity feel and weird smell in it , the restrooms have no vents or fans so thats a shame but hey if you need to just stay for a day i guess it works .

The beds are comfortable. I liked that the air could be adjusted.

Cukup Baik Best thing of the stay was the free parking. Rooms outdated, property is dirty, cockroaches on halls ways and inside the room. Not as pictured!
