The room had a great view but dead bug on inside of window. they did not clean our room and when we ask left for an hour and still did not clean it. Also went up to the restaurant to have a drink and was sat at a table that had guacamole smeared all over the table. I sat in white pants did not realize it was all over the chair I was sitting on. I could not get my white pants clean. On top of that we got charges that we have no idea from the hotel directly. We are trying to find out what it was for, but we did not buy anything except 2 cups of coffee, but charges are over $600. We purchased room directly though Expedia so not sure what the charge can be. The location was great but the hotel has a lot of issues.
