This hotel is amazing especially for any Liverpool fan or fan of the great man Bill Shankly. The hotel is central and handy for pretty much everything in Liverpool. The staff are really professional and helpful which goes a long way to making the stay enjoyable. We'll definitely be visiting again and I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the great city of Liverpool.

Cukup Baik I stayed here on the 28th-30th May for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding.
i would not recommend this hotel. The Pictures online are fantastic but the room was very much falling apart. the floor had big gaps in and bubbles it just needs a good refurb to be honest, the mirror on the walls arn't even attached properly. My wedding dress was filthy and i only walked from our room down in the lift to reception it was so bad.

Comfortable beds, ideal location, big rooms and excellent staff.
Stayed on a Thursday night to attend and event as a family of 3 adults.
Check-in was great, room was ready early, we had intended to just drop out cases in and go explore so this was a bonus.
The bathroom was adequate, but housekeeping need to focus on there a bit more, behind the door needs to be cleaned as well. There was an issue with noise in the night, we called through to reception and the issue was dealt with quickly and apologies offered by the member of staff we spoke to. In the hole it’s warm, safe and comfortable, meet our needs. And t has a party vibe, so would imagine weekends are lively
