Nice hotel at a very good location. Buffet breakfast was good and very not crowded. Had dinner at the hotel resturant and it was delicious.
Best thing about the hotel is the staff, very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Trang Nguyen for helping us and arranging a private car to Nihn Binh.

Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. As an Expedia Gold member perk, I was to receive three free drinks (for the 3 adults in my group). Staff told me it was only supposed to be ONE drink for our group but then I shared a screen shot from Expedia showing the perk and they conceded. When we went to get the drinks, we were told only sodas qualified, not even plain juices (we don’t drink alcohol).
This was one of the pricier hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi so I expected better.
The whole drink experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not plan to come back to this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff helped us with everything we needed including travel and tours, and helping get us medicine for upset digestion. The spa was wonderful and so was the rooftop bar

Our personal concierge Trang Nguyen made this a vacation we will never forget. Her attention to detail, follow up with our excursion, daily checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned, suggestions for places to shop and eat and her genuine compassion made even the smallest mishaps enjoyable. At one point her service brought us to tears of joy. JM Marvel is very fortunate to have Trang on their staff.

Luar Biasa We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!
