Small rooms and difficult to maneuver with lots of luggage. Good location if you want to be right in the middle of the action. Buffet was okay - not bad but not great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. AC works good. Internet to watch tv was choppy.

Good location and price. Brilliant shower with high pressure ( but I was on the second floor). V.good WiFi. The staff were great, particularly Hani on front reception. Very informative and helpful young lady.

We had such a nice stay! We tried another hotel in Hanoi, and Sunline was so much better, for almost the same price.
The breakfast buffet was fine. Not the biggest, but makes sense since the hotel is not that big. Therefore I liked that you could order some ekstra breakfast dishes, included in the price.
Loved the rooftop bar! Great drinks and really nice view of Hanoi, especially at night.

A perfectly appointed hotel. Very close to the action, however, removed enough for when you needed some quiet. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean facilities.

This is the second time I have stayed at Sunline Hotel. This time for 4 weeks. Wonderful! Service, cleanliness help and friendliness of the staff superb. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Hanoi. Very highly recommend

I stayed in Sunline Hotel while I visited Hanoi for 4 nights and 5 days. Hotel staff were so nice and professional. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was nice and clean. I loved the hard wood floor since I am allergic to dust. The room was so quiet and I was able to get good sleep during my stay. Sunline Hotel is located close to everything such as night market, Dong Xuan Market, Long Bien Market, and many local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Sunline Hotel to anyone planning to visit Hanoi. Thank you, Sunline Hotel Staff. You all made my trip to Hanoi very special.
