My partner and I went on a romantic vacation getaway in Thailand and we spent 3 of the days in Chiang Mai. We booked this hotel and specifically booked for a room with one bed. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 single beds. We went back downstairs to the front desk to ask for the correct room that we had booked, but the staff was very rude and refused to change our room, and told us to go to sleep and ask again in the morning. So we did that, and again in the morning they refused to give us the correct room that we had booked and paid for. I had to waste 2 hours of vacation time to contact hotels.com to cancel this booking. Fortunately, the customer service agent was very nice and put us in a new hotel with a king bed for the rest of the days we spent in Chiang Mai.

Sangat Baik It was a nice clean hotel. The beds were quite hard, and I think they are renovating the pool so that was closed. It is an easy location to get to and from the airport and to the old city.

Cukup Baik The loby of the hotel is nice but when you go up by the elevator to the room it looks so ugly and neglected. the room is not maintained, everything is old and not working. The worst thing is that there is bedbugs in the room. I definitley not recomend this place and I will never book this hotel again!!!
