This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out.
Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient.
The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying here. The lower price compared to other options should have been a warning. This ended up being the worst place we stayed during our vacation.

Cukup Baik Size of the 3 bedroom apartment is too small. For a comfortable stay , 4 persons maximum.

Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!

It was really fast check in. Apartment was just perfect to stay for me and kids. Really close to everything shopping, nice restaurants around. You can use swimming pool also. When I was tired and didn’t want to go anywhere it was perfect relax place for me and kids

I loved this place to stay. I booked for one week first and then I booked for another week. Everything was closed to this property. It was really clean with AC and kitchen. People they were really nice with me and my kids. You can walk to twins tower to the klcc park and have a great time. There are a lot of restaurants around. I really enjoyed my time staying there

Luxury is a word miss advertise for this property. It's bearly meeting standard. Interior cosmetic needs improvement. There is no Ventilation. The space is too small for 13 people. Otherwise, this property can be great because of its great location.

We visiting Kuala Lumpur with family for 2 days , and found perfect stay ! Very glad we found and booked this apartment! Lots of space , good kitchen and washing machine, what was very important to me. Very close , walkable distance to Petronas tower. Very friendly and accommodating management. Would recommend
