Hotel was very nice and prime location near the mineral baths and park with playground for kids. Slightly inconvenient that the 0 level rooms are still up two small half flights of stairs with no elevator. Was a struggle with 2 kids and all our stuff solo but otherwise wonderful hotel.

Luar Biasa I enjoyed my stay here and the room was clean and quiet. There was a small issue with the first room and the staff were very accommodating and moved me the next day. The breakfast was fine but it’s a busy hotel with tour groups and schools so expect a lot of people. The hotel is in a great location, an easy walk from the train station.

Staff was great, the room was clean but outdated.
The hotel felt "tired" as if it used to be great but corners were cut to save money.
For a hotel in such a beautiful location, it felt unremarkable.
Nothing wrong but so much lost potential.

Hôtel was great for a short stay. Only issue is the parking is expensive and no air conditioning. It was over 20 degrees at midnight when we arrived and could only open windows for air and to cool down. Bathroom automatically heats mirrors etc. very hot.

Baik I stayed there in April 2024 and the property seemed considerably better. Room was not cleaned before we arrived and had to request for it to be done. Phone had no cord, internet was not working at times, lamps had no bulbs. This place needs to pay more attention to details.
