Club facilities great

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Bali. It is in a more quiet section, and it is a gorgeous property.

Everything about the Hyatt Regency at Sanur exceeded expectation. From organising transport to food and drinks, beach and pools, spa and gym AND then the space, lush gardens, fountains and gorgeous room, it was faultless.

There are not adequate words to describe how much we loved staying here! From check in to check out everything was just perfect. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pizzeria! Take some time to appreciate the gardens! They are so stunning. You won’t regret a stay here at this lovely hotel!

Really lovely resort on a nice clean beach. Room was excellent with a massive comfy bed, nice sofa bed on balcony and everything you’d need or want. They provided a lot of complimentary bottled water too. I was only here for one night so didn’t have time to experience a lot of the hotel facilities but the breakfast was great and pool/bar are very nice too. I hope to come back again for a longer stay.

Rooms were adequate and comfortable. Air Conditioning was on point (Very Good) Amenities and Gardens excellent Condition. Faultless

My wife Anita and I have just spent the last 10 days at Hyatt Regency Bali celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we truly could not have asked for a more memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome with such warmth, kindness and professionalism. The team consistently went over and above to accommodate us and add to the value and enjoyment of our holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble. What made our stay especially unforgettable were the thoughtful touches and care shown to us during our anniversary celebrations. The effort the staff put into making the occasion feel special meant so much to both of us and created memories we will always treasure. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning gardens, amazing facilities and such a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Every part of our stay reflected the genuine hospitality and high standards of Hyatt Regency Sanur Bali. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our 30th wedding anniversary so special. We will definitely return on our next visit to Bali.

The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time.
