Room and staff were wonderful and accommodating.

Great hotel near to city centre. Clean, spacious room with a nice breakfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. 3 night stay; booked a queen bedded room as wanted a bigger room. Room still very small and requested a move to a king. This was provided at small cost and was much better. Staff very willing to help including printing documents.

Absolutely darling hotel.

Hotel basic but has everything you need - a little dusty in areas. Lacks air conditioning so we slept with windows open - unfortunately every single morning between 4-6am an extremely loud glass bottle collection lorry became an awfully unpleasant wake up alarm. There were only sheer curtains so light couldn’t be fully blocked out (keeping the room hot during the day for our evening return) luckily we did have a fan. One thing the hotel did very very well was breakfast! The hotel is also located conveniently in relation to the cities attractions & transport links. There is an alcohol store at the end of the street from the hotel which could be heard throughout the night, it didn’t hugely bother me - nowhere near as much as the glass collection lorry every morning. The staff were always friendly, always greeted us upon arrival or return, also helped when we had a query. The staff at Story hotel were excellent! Overall, we enjoyed our stay mostly for the convenient location and the breakfasts.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Stockholm with very friendly staff. Metro line and bus services close by.

Toilet unable to flush, room is super warm, they even turn on heater just before guest arrive, too dark, wall too rough and bed set against it which you might be hurt scratching yourself when sleep

Needs USB for phone chargers in all rooms. Other than that- really nice loved all of it

Breakfast was a bit disappointing in quality and variety
