The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on

Great service! Especially from Guillermo, David and Magda all in the pool area. Very attentive and always had a smile on. Also, enjoyed that there were more activities than before so a bit more to do. Super clean resort and food was all delicious!!

food very good. do not sit by the big pools since very noisy with people screaming playing volley ball in the pool which was very annoying . breakfast definitely not as good as Le Blanc next door

The view from my room was awesome! The room was exquisite! Most of the staff were very friendly, except the poolside one. Didn't appreciate being embarrassed and alienating me from my kids because of it

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized and clean. What truly made the experience special was the level of customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and family.
