I feel that Hotels.com should advise clients when a secondary fees are unusually high. In this case, as I was happily checking in the Clerk said, "Our parking fees for parking on the property are (insert unusually high fee) per day...is that ok?" I was over a barrel at that point, and reluctantly agreed to the confiscatory fees. I mentioned to another rep at the facility that I was unhappy and she argued with me and then hung up the phone. The resort is very nice and we enjoyed the room immensely. The surprise excessive parking fee left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return to that lodging facility.

Upon checking in and checking out they try to sell you a time share. Then they charged me for the entire stay even though my stay was already paid for. This ruined my trip and took away a nice chunk of my “trip spending money”. They comped my parking but that didn’t help seeing that I was out well over a thousand due to them over charging me. I didn’t get a refund until days after I left. The property was nice but not at the expense of getting double charged and not having that extra money to enjoy my trip, a “sorry” doesn’t fix that much of an inconvenience. Seeing that they offered a Visa gift card for the time share presentation, they could have given me my money back on a visa gift card so I actually could’ve enjoyed my trip the way I planned. So disappointed. I will never go back to this place.

Excellent place for a family!

The villa was so spacious and very well prepared. We enjoyed our trip.

This is a beautiful property that was so enjoyable to walk around in and experience. The numerous large pools. The eating areas with such good food. All of the little extras, the putt putt golf, bikes and boat rentals. The villas were so very, very nice.

Great place. Definitely for families

Excellent stay! Will for sure book here again. Clean, lots to do for adults and kids, centrally located. 2BR suite is huge! Highly recommend.
