We had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Geneva. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay enjoyable. One downside was that our room was not ready until almost 3:00 PM, which was a bit disappointing after arriving earlier in the day. The hotel’s bistro was also below expectations. The quality of the food did not match what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was adequate, but fairly ordinary, with nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in the dining experience and the check-in process.

Very helpful and friendly staff, convenient location to walk by the lake, to the train station, and on to the airport in only minutes. Nice coffee machine, great soundproofing for a good night's sleep, powerful aircon during the heat wave, attractive décor, and all at a relatively good price. Frankly, I consider it an excellent base for a stay in Geneva and would not hesitate to return again.

The hotel is great located in downtown close to everything. Staff is awesome, they made everything good. To name the most helpful ones: Zekrit, Nana, Leonie, and Ugo. Seriously great people.

I absolutely loved the staff and their customer service. But other than that it is basically a 3 star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal and would return back when visiting Geneva. Customer service was top notch from anyone we encountered. Tony went above and beyond during our stay, and his colleague Penelope was wonderful and very courteous too. The room was clean, spacious with all needed amenities for a family with young kids. Perfectly located for our trip. Thank you all!

This hotel has the perfect location. And the public transportation arrives at the front door. You have a grocery store right across the lobby and the common areas are perfect to drink a cocktail 🍹 there are plenty of restaurants found within walking distance. The Air conditioning in the room did not work too well but everything else was perfect! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location for access to Cornavin station. Very nicely appointed hotel with good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
