The only positive side is the location as it is in the city center. The rest are all nega.. no lift or elevator we had huge luggages with us we asked the help of the reception staff to help us carry our luggages. We were borrowing kettle so we can have our tea in the room, there was none.. There was only one iron to use for the entire hotel! We had to wait for our turn.. the hotel stairs is not even, when you carry your huge luggages, there is a possibility you will trip and fall. In short, don't stay on this hotel Go somewhere else.

Clean room friendly and helpful staff

The front staff was very helpful and accommodating and the location was great. Walk to train station.

Room was clean enough but not in great condition,

Probably the cleanest and freshest hotel I’ve stayed in, in Italy! They contacted me a couple of days before, I let them know I’d be early if the had early check in available or luggage storage. The arranged a clean room ready for early check in, no trouble and no extra charge! Don’t be put off by being so close to train station, I didn’t hear it. Noise inside the property was loud (Other guests, could hear their conversation from my room, chairs being moved around while preparing for breakfast) They have a strict reception policy between 0730-1900, was hard to confirm checkout at 0715, she just shouted through door she wasn’t there till 730. Had to say twice I was just letting her know I was checking out. She did offer me a quick coffee if I wanted after she opened the door though. In all I’d stay again, easy to find, clean spacious room and only 10 minute walk to Cathedral square!

No breakfast but have a mini fridge ;) Our room was six flights of stairs and has a small stairs down to our room ! Dark room , bathroom was nice and clean , staff friendly . Easy walking distant to the train station and great location

Everything was great from the check in and the people and the room. They helped hold our bags which was so nice.

Friendly staff ,extremely helpful, clean room and quiet with a nice view . Very close to all main attractions. From airport to hotel a tram which is inexpensive. Great experience ! Thank you hotel Spagna
