Staff from the front desk, house keeping and the restaurant was great. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location is ideal and you can walk to all the restaurants at the waterfront with no issues. My only downside was the room in the basement. It was very good but with no views. Thus not on the hotel as I should have known what I was selecting. I recommend without reservation.

Not luxurious but very well maintained and with good rooms

We loved this hotel. It was stylish and clean. The staff were helpful. The location was handy and quiet.

Can't say enough about this remodeled hotel. The staff were just amazing and friendly from the maid staff, restaurant workers, bellmen, and the reception desk team. Our room was very quiet even though it was right along the canal. The breakfast options were great from continental, to hot/cold buffet, to order ala carte. The location is easy and safe to get to the main wharf with 2 different walking options (1 included no stairs) that take 10-20 minutes depending on where you want to go. Parking was free and simple, but with the wharf so close we didn't have to drive, find parking, and pay for parking there. We even boarded the hop on/hop off canal boat tour right at the hotel. We loved the hotel so much that we extended our original 4 night stay an additional 5 nights. We would stay here again.
