Room 1211 we checked in late after spending a full day in the parks to wake up and see what can only be described as a poo smeared stain on the carpet which looked uncleaned and had gone un noticed by the cleaners.
We informed reception about this as soon as we saw it and they looked at the picture they knew it looked like poo but said it was probably a coffee stain which is definitely wasn’t, they cleaned but it was still very much there so we had to keep out pram over the top of it to avoid our toddler treading on it.
Otherwise the hotel was nice, breakfast was good enough.
