This place is very clean. The staffs are really helpful, always looking after the customers, and greeting us with a big smile. I’m definitely coming back after this.

The room is clean , staff are very helpful and willingness to help to meet your needs and the breakfast are excellent

Location is convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast experience was great because of the view on the 11th floor where breakfast was served. This help make up a little for the city view I had paid for. I only gave 4 star overall rating because of my room view. I had reserved a room with a city view. But when checking in was given a room on the second floor looking at the side of the building and accumulated garbage from renovation work. The good news is when I called for my city view room, I was moved to the 9th floor with a sliver of a view of the city between two buildings. Not what I paid for. Then at breakfast the next day I realized I should have been on the other side of the building for city view I paid for.

The staffs are really helpful and and their willingness is awesome. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future

Staff were incredible. Very kind, welcoming and helpful. Good location and very clean Ammenities were lacking but for the price this was exactly what we were after! Will stay again next time in Ho Chi Minh

Room was clean, staff service was excellent. Location of the hotel was near tourist spots, restaurants and spas and yet not noisy. Breakfast spread was decent.

The InterContinental is the only other Hotel I have stayed at three times. Clearly, Hotel Nik is not a Five Star facility, but it exceeds expectations with an exceptionally trained staff across reception, luggage, housekeeping, and importantly, breakfast. (The only thing that would improve what is a fantastic breakfast buffet would be the inclusion of a proper juice bar). While I want a sense of adventure during my Vietnam travels, it is also true that when at my hotel, I want to feel safe, welcome, very comfortable, well fed for brekkie, and in a location convenient to the hot spots for eating and getting around: Hotel Nik achieves all these things. The staff are the most genuine I've met not just for greeting or check-in, but across the entire operation of the hotel.

Staff were top notch, addressed all our concerns and were great to deal with from start to finish. Recommend staying here if you're visiting HCMC

I like Japantown and this was perfect location. Staff was 💯 amazing and so sweet and attentive. Perfect walking to everything you want.
