Luar Biasa Great boutique hotel in the Monti area. This hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants, boutiques, and a short walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful and recommended amazing restaurants.

A wonderful place centrally located but with enough distance from the heavy tourist areas. Several good restaurants nearby and walking distance from Termini Station and to Sta Maria Maggiore and other attractions.

So overall it was a great stay, breakfast was good, shower was different, service was excellent, staff staff were very kind and helpful, location was excellent, the only downfall was the stench in the lobby when you first walk in, it smelt like sewer water but that’s my only complaint. Everything else was great!

We stayed here both the night we flew in and the night before we flew out. It was only a 15 minute walk from Tremini station.
The building is lovely in a good location and walkable to the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain. Really great food options near by and also at Tremini Station.
The room was very clean and tidy and the bed is so comfortable. It is very quiet in the hotel also. The staff were lovely and friendly.
We had a room with a terrace and much was nice to sit out and enjoy the weather.
We also had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. All freshly prepared which included scrambled eggs, fresh prosciutto, salami’s, peppers, onions, toast, croissants, cereals, fruit slices, make your own pancakes, juices, wonderful coffee not to mention butter, cream cheese and jams.
I would highly recommend this hotel and opt for the breakfast as it is worth it. Enjoy your stay!!

The location in the Monti neighborhood was great- walkable to all of the tourist spots. The room and bathroom were a bit compact, but sufficient. Bedding and beds were very comfortable. We were only there for 2 nights so it was fine.
