Sangat Baik Everything and the staff were excellent. The location was near to buses and the Parc de L’ongerie. The only trouble we had was with the room keys. Everyday we had to request a new one. Everyday we couldn’t get into the room and had to go back to the front desk for a new key.

Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive

I recently stayed at Le Jean-Sébastien Bach in Strasbourg and was thoroughly disappointed. The bed linens were not fresh, giving the room more of a hostel feel than a hotel. The heating system was inadequate, leaving us cold throughout the night. Additionally, the hotel felt outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice and quiet surroundings, nice with a balcony even though it was winter.

The room was large if a little dated. The star of the show was the young lady at the front desk. She was very helpful and seemed to care.
