day 2 room was cleaned but no towels in the room. Day 3 room was clean and had all the towels but no face towels. The front desk was great as well as the valet parking service.

The amenities were very disappointing. We were in town for a wedding, and I needed to iron a formal dress before the event. The iron provided in the room was rusty, stained my dress, and even burned the fabric. After calling for a replacement, we waited nearly 25 minutes before another iron was delivered. Unfortunately, the second iron was also rusty, and its temperature controls were inaccurate, making it difficult to use safely. Overall, the room was barely bearable. Between the poorly maintained amenities and the lack of attention to basic upkeep, it was far below what we expected. With a wedding to get to, this added unnecessary stress and negatively affected our stay. Clean, properly functioning amenities should be a basic standard. I was very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Should take better care of the hotel perimeter. Breakfast was great.

Valet parking very safe and convenient. Close by walk to stores, food and ferry/train station. WiFi not great but rooms very clean and yummy breakfast! Kind staff!

Breakfast could have been better with variety of options
