Me encantó el hotel, el personal, la limpieza y en especial el desayuno estuve con mi familia una semana completa y lo recomendaría sin duda laguna

At 2:00 am a alarm start ringing until 5 am. No sleep at all! Worst night!

Avoid if you rely on their airport shuttle! I had a confirmed shuttle reservation, but instead of a smooth ride, I was left **stranded at the airport for over 2.5 hours**. When I called the hotel to find out where the driver was, I was trapped in a nightmare loop of being transferred, disconnected, and passed around from person to person for **an hour and a half**. It was incredibly stressful, especially with aggressive local taxi drivers hovering around and demanding exaggerated, extortionate rates to take me to the property. Eventually, I finally got through to a kind representative who actually listened, sorted out the mess, and finally sent a driver to pick me up. To make up for the massive ordeal, the property allowed me a late checkout at 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. While I appreciated the gesture, an extra hour of sleep really didn't make up for the immense stress and hours wasted sitting at the airport. The front desk staff needs a major overhaul on how they handle customer service and shuttle logistics.

Once at the hotel, it was excellent. Our problem coming in late evening due to airline delays were that no answer from the transportation section, as no one to transfer from the airport to the hotel. The cab cost 274USD for the ride.

Good base and really friendly staff. Room was very spacious and clean.
