We had an amazing stay at Ascott Chongqing! The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, including Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, shopping malls, restaurants, and the riverfront. It made exploring the city so easy without needing taxis most of the time. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The views were beautiful, and having extra space compared to a standard hotel room made our stay even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. If you’re visiting Chongqing and want a comfortable place that’s close to all the major attractions, I highly recommend staying at Ascott. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The apartment-style layout gave us plenty of space with a comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchenette, laundry, and cozy bedrooms. Everything felt modern and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me warmly every day, went out of their way to answer questions, and even provided excellent local recommendations. Their service made the whole stay feel personal and welcoming. Location-wise, it’s perfect for shopping enthusiasts. It’s right next to a massive shopping mall packed with hundreds of stores, international brands, food courts, cinemas, and entertainment options. Direct acess to subway line 1 made exploring other areas simple too. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking luxury serviced apartments. We like the room a lot. Two full bedrooms with a kitchen. And the location was perfect. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was the food, and it’s not really a complaint, but the food wasn’t that good for breakfast. Eggs and bacon were cold, not enough choices for such a great hotel. But overall it was great and we would highly recommend staying here for a 30 percent lower cost than the Intercontinental next door.

I truly enjoyed my 10‑day stay at this full‑service apartment rental with my 90‑year‑old father. The two‑bedroom apartment was well maintained and offered a beautiful view of Chongqing. The service team was excellent, and I especially appreciated Polly, who patiently answered all my questions and helped with every request. I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Chongqing, China.

good location, great customer services. In house laundry machine in your apartment is a plus. But the bathrooms needs some vents.

The 2 bedroom suite was roomy and nicely decorated. The hotel lobby was not as grand as the intercontinental but it had its own charm. The location was good as it is attached to the Raffles City mall. Overall, an excellent choice to stay in Chongqing
