Excellent area to travel public transportation (bus, trolley and metro), taxis, as well as nearby off street free parking and paid garage parking. I would suggest broom/dustpan and trash bags for longer stays since one light housekeeping of changing towels was all offered unless upcharge. Excellent and safe location!

The air conditioner was not working under hot weather, and it is not able to fix during the stay or change another room

Very close to the metro station! Water was hot and warm. Everything was clean Easy to sleep at the end of the day

This was a 10 out of 5 tbh! Super clean, attention to details, very communicative and extremely well located. Only 20min walk from the main sites. We recommend this 100%

Excellent customer service from the get-go. Room was clean and spacious enough with some complimentary water bottles and drinks in the fridge. We had an issue with the water not draining out in the shower and the young receptionist came to try and fix it as their maintenance person is not on-site every day. Hotel is in a not-so-desirable neighbourhood but only a 10-minute walk from many popular restaurants and attractions. Great quality price ratio. Would definitely stay again!

The actual apartment was very nice and perfect for our requirements. I wasn’t too keen on the area, at night, and felt nervous. Communication beforehand was excellent. The gentleman at reception, on our first day, was cheerful and helpful. However, I couldn’t give full stars as, on our checkout day, the staff on duty were sour faced and lied about the closing time. I can understand they are concerned about individuals collecting their luggage but it could have been mentioned that, if we were not back in time, we can’t access our luggage (instead of a bare-faced lie). I doubt I”ll stay here again. Yes, only for that reason.
