This place was better than the other hotel we’ve stayed in Downtown! Super friendly staff and good accommodation. We will come back if we go to Calgary again!

Very clean. Great breakfast with lots of selections. Staffs are really kind and nice.

Staff was excellent

Hotel looked new. Nice rooms and lovely restaurant. Great breakfast included. Was great for an overnight stay in Calgary. Neighborhood was a little on the iffy side but for 1 night it served its purpose. Less than half hour from the airport.

The room was so nice. It was great having a fridge and stove top. There’s lots of restaurants and places to check out within walking distance of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and the best espresso martinis plus the view was so beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing views, great rooms, and lovely staff

I was very disappointed with my stay. The heater in our room didn’t work, and the temperature outside was in the single digits, so the room was freezing cold. The staff initially tried to fix the issue, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the problem. We eventually had to change rooms in the middle of the night. However, the new room was much smaller and not the room type I had originally booked. By then, it was already very late- around 12 am already …my child had started sneezing because of the cold, and we were exhausted. We didn’t have the energy to go through another room change—we just wanted to get some sleep. I appreciate that the staff genuinely tried to help, and I understand the situation wasn’t entirely their fault. However, the overall experience was very disappointing and significantly impacted our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire par un personnel chaleureux, professionnel et toujours disponible pour ré à nos questions. Le service a été impeccable du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenue. La literie était extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes nuits. Nous avons également apprécié les équipements modernes ainsi que l’attention portée aux moindres détails. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à proximité des principaux sites à visiter, des restaurants et des commerces. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et composé de produits de qualité. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts, et tout était constamment réapprovisionné. Les espaces communs étaient eux aussi très propres et agréables. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sens du service. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus tout au long de notre séjour. C’est un hôtel que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, qualité et tranquillité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain passage. Merci encore pour cette magnifique expérience !

I had a great stay at this hotel. I felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed throughout my visit. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were always kind and helpful. A special thank you for the amazing breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. I would definitely recommend Element hotel to anyone visiting Calgary!
