Hotel is good quality but absence of any kind of parking deal with nearby lots means 35 Euro cost per night when rate is typically 20.

Good location, nice restaurant, friendly staff

Room very clean. Large roomy bed. Breakfast varied and tasty.

I liked everything about this property

I went to three Premier Inn locations in Ireland last week. All sort of identical. Except the bathrooms. One had a short shower curtain, one was halfway into the bathtub and one of them was not wide enough. Also, the exhaust fans were blocked with lint, etc.

This property is very well located near the ferry terminal and the cruise ship dock. Would highly recommend for travellers getting on or off a cruise ship. Located at the end of a tram line into central Dublin, makes sightseeing very easy. We actually walked into Dublin, about 40 minutes walking but several sights along the way, and caught the tram back at the end of the day. Easy walk to board cruise ship the next day. Located next to a large new shopping centre with lots of stores, supermarket and multiple well priced cafes/food court. Staff were excellent and friendly/helpful and breakfast included and excellent.

This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that doesn't allow check-in before 3:00 PM, even if the room is ready. (You have to pay 20 euros if you want to access your room earlier. As a result, a huge line forms at 3:00 PM for check-in. They have to bring in employees from other hotel departments to help with the rush, and not all of them know exactly what to do. During my check-in, the employee serving me had to help the two other employees next to him at the same time, so he got distracted and made mistakes with my check-in. (One of the girls he had to help was actually a waitress at the restaurant on the other days I was there.) The hotel isn't very clean. There was grime in the shower. During my first 24 hours there, trash had been left near the elevator by someone doing housekeeping, and it wasn't picked up until 24 hours later. On the first morning at breakfast, one of the employees assigned to clear the tables was too busy making iced coffees near the kitchen entrance and drinking them rather than completing her duties. Guests ended up carrying their own dirty dishes to the cart just to clear some space at their tables.
