Baik Location was great. That's about it for the pros. Unfortunately it wasn't a king bed as advertised. It's a queen. The sheets didn't appear to be clean with hair, a stain in one bed and nail clippings in another. Told property manager via text and phone and nothing was done.

Some confusion when dropping our luggage off before check in time, but all was sorted out. The unit is beautiful, great location, clean, and safe area. Very convenient, we spent Christmas here, no complains.

The bed linens had some sort of small red/brown stains on the pillowcases and top sheet. Perhaps the cleaners nicked their hands. Regardless we were unimpressed with the cleanliness of the bedding, and the staff were unresponsive to our requests for new linens. The only elevator was not functional from the first floor. Additionally, the lock for the sole bathroom did not function. This was not critical for our family trip, but was another failure point.
Aside from the noted defects, the location was ideal and the flat finishes were very good. Had the linen issue been addressed, I would have rated the stay much better.
