Sangat Baik Hotel is spotlessly clean and minimalistic design, whilst the rooms are big enough the beds are small doubles which can be a squeeze for two big adults. The hotel staff were fantastic and accommodating when we asked for an additional portable bed to be added to the room but these are limited availability. The gym was 24 hours and very clean, minimal equipment but enough. We used the valet parking which which worked well for our 3 night stay. Shops and a few restaurants close by.

Sangat Baik Check in and out was smooth. They could hold onto your luggages before check in and after check out. First day, the cover sheet was stained and there was a hair and stain on the bedsheet, so I asked for linen change. The room was a little loud at night. Very very low water pressure for showering. But everything else is clean, well maintained.

Clean hotel in excellent location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient location for shopping.
One thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner goes off in the middle of the night and the room gets to about 80 degrees. Also, they don’t stock extra rolls of toilet paper in the room so we had to ask for it.

The hotel was fairly new so everything was clean. The staff members were kind and professional. The only complaint I have is the water pressure. It was so weak to the point where normal showers took double the time. I would definitely go back only if the water pressure is resolved.
