Overall it's in my top 3 picks of places to go in this area for a budget friendly ,( much finer then anything in comparison price wise) The room it's self was exactly like the picture shows. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, I got some of the best rest I've had in a long time, it was so comfortable and clean that I ended up extended from a one night stay...each day at check out when I didn't want to leave 3x in a row. Completely the trip with a four night stay. The only thing I would say I didn't like is the bathrooms had an inoperable amount of someone's shaved off black curly hairs all over the floor in the bathroom that has two showers and two toilet stalls. Which at first I bought was my only choice in bathrooms which made me not want to use it at all, so to my surprise when I found 2 large private bathrooms vs the stalls designed ones I was very thrilled, but all in all I think the cleaning crew could do a much better job at wiping surfaces down and moping ( basic cleanliness expectations are DISINFECTED WITH BLEACH OR A CLEANER THAT SAYS IT KILLS 98% OF VIRUSES) I did not feel that was the case at all, and I couldn't find any cleaner like that for house guest to use if needed. So I bought an AREOSOL of Lysol to shower. Lastly the kitchen is fabulously stocked with everything u need to cook n eat. The two fridge/freezers were overstocked with no room for new guest to put anything in. The ice machine n water dispensers did don't work. THE GOOD OUTWEIGHS BAD!

Stayed for a week,a lot of info was withheld and the organizers weren’t transparent about. There’s trash on the side of the house,they’ve continued to let guests who were obnoxious rude or violent stay there. Each time it was brought up,it was dismissed. I personally witnessed the staff steal a guest’s food and be absolutely rude about it. Newer guests were known gang members who said “we should set up shop,here” over the week the staff would come in and not actually clean anything, there was always an odd shortage of simple cleaning items. The neighbors were really kind and asked me us not to park in their driveways nor in front of their house. The washer doesn’t fully do a cycle. The walls are beyond thin,some of the guests think they’re in an airbnb not a hostel. The first detailed lack of transparency was the missing pool which was actually a picture of another place they advertised. Lastly,there was no “profanity” used in this review…

The room was very clean, and our check in instructions were very easy to follow. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was concerned when the parking instructions said first come, first served, but there was ample room for us to park. Overall, a very positive experience, and so convenient for our overnight stay.

Beautiful Home and What it Consist of Every Thing is modern with digital access with codes you will be Comfortable Nice Hot Showers.. I Would Stay There Again on a Later Date

I appreciated their prompt response, and it was a decent budget place for LA, but I couldn't find parking the second night (can’t park your car curbside overnight) . They suggested I park at the mall which is a fair distance in a rough neighborhood. (I grew up around there). If it wasn’t for the parking issue, they would be ok. I ended up booking another room for that night. Ended up being more expensive than a decent room somewhere else being that I had to pay for 2 rooms.

Good staff, decent housing, but one resident made me feel a little unsafe

The sleep pods were clean and comfortable. Provided fresh blankets and pillows and a towel. Parking was a little bit of a worry but about 7 cars can fit in the driveway before blocking someone in. Was a good experience!

Parking was less than optimal. I checked in late at night and the entire front parking lot was occupied. I did park there but blocked practically every vehicle and got up early in the morning to move it out to the street. The parking spots are not totally marked and the host does not give clear instructions on what happens if you block someone else. And street parking is also not easy

clean and welcoming

Hotel staff accommodated a reservation change over the phone, and then notified me via email six hours later (at 9:27 pm) that they had not changed it so I did not make this stay. Their lack of responsiveness via message, phone, and asking Expedia to contact them on my behalf is incredibly unprofessional and I would recommend skipping this place entirely.
