The Cash only policy for deposit is insane !!
imagine your land late night, take a taxi direct to the hotel . once you reach the the reception tells you we accepts only cash deposit no card . Asks you to go around Kl sentral late night which is not the safest place in KL for a single lady or a elderly or even a man ..just to get cash form an ATM because the one at the reception not working.

Had an amazing stay here, the staff were very accommodating of my request to move to a room with a view of the main skyline which I greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities you would need for a short term stay.
