The overall experience at this hotel was below expectations, and there are several issues that should be taken into consideration for future bookings: • Outdated Facilities: Both the elevator and guest floor areas appear significantly aged and in need of renovation. The overall condition of the infrastructure detracted from the sense of comfort and quality. • Inadequate Room Cleanliness: The cleanliness standard did not meet expectations. The room floor was visibly dusty and had dirt buildup, suggesting that housekeeping was not thorough. This raises concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards. • Unpleasant Smoke Odor at Night: A strong smell of cigarette smoke was present in the room during the evening. This is likely due to other guests smoking on the floor, and indicates poor enforcement of the hotel’s non-smoking policy. It severely impacted sleep quality and overall comfort. Recommendation: When selecting future accommodations, it is advised to prioritize hotels with well-maintained facilities and strict enforcement of non-smoking policies. Cleanliness and air quality are fundamental to a comfortable stay, and should not be compromised.

まず台中公園の近くであれば便利だなと思いました。しかし台中駅まで20分もかかる距離でした。しかし生活圏の真ん中でバスは便利で沢山あるし市場の隣でたいへん便利な場所です。すぐちかくに夜市もあり楽しめました。部屋は狭くはなかったですが大通に近いのと市場の近くでもあったので朝が早くから騒がしい音がするのはありました。

房間小，放一張普通雙人床加一張小桌子就幾乎沒什麼走動空間了。無窗戶，價位約5500元，CP值偏低。

湊和著下榻一晚還可以，其他無從推薦起！隔音不好、櫃檯服務人員態度也不好，房間很小間和照片不符！

房型與照片完全不符，櫃檯人員態度很不行，沒有處理事情的能力，連訂房資料、付款資料也查詢不到！浪費很多辦理入住手續的時間，隔音不好很吵雜，房間廁所味道很臭有怪味，缺點太多無法贅述，唯一優點是樓下有7-11！一樣的房價你可以有更好的選擇。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little old, had some wear and tear, but overall clean and convenient.

Overall a great and convenient stay. I chose Raise this time because I was taking a King Bus from Taipei and the hotel is a mere 2mn walk from the stop Taichung 2nd Senior High School (台中二中). Quick check-in, nice staff. The room with city view was good and quite spacious, and although the shower is not separated (wet floor in whole bathroom after shower) and the washbasin a bit small for my taste, I have no complaint since I paid a really interesting rate. There's a 7-Eleven store next to the lobby, and a good night eatery (永和豆漿) just outside. City bus stop at a few steps from hotel with many buses going to various parts of the city including TRA Taichung station.

a renovated hotel with a old building smell. the elevator is quite old and small.
